[Z-FastTrack] Customer Service Workshop

This autumn we've started a special educational course Z-FastTrack. The goal is to improve management skills and to boost experience exchange between different executive levels.

Today our project management team attended one of the course events. Our Delivery Director, Denis Bratchuk, prepared the specific workshop. The goal was to exchange customer service experience. Denis is one of the most sophisticated and skilled members of our team. Z-FastTrack keeps going!
