Microsoft Launches So.cl As A Social Network For Students – Microsoft is going to launch its own social network that is designed for students. So.cl is not a Microsoft version of Facebook, – the representatives said. The service is currently being tested by the students of the University of Washington, Syracuse University, and New York University, and some other schools.
