Our project was very complex. We had tried two times to have it done with local companies. Both local companies worked on it for a year before we realized they couldn't complete the project according to our specifications. ZFort was our first experience working with a company online and in a different country. They took the time at the beginning of the project to understand what we wanted to do and how we wanted it to work. They followed "what if" scenario's deeper than we did to discover problems that we didn't see and came up with great ideas we hadn't considered. On several occasions, their staff was able to do more work faster than our staff was able to review and they had to wait for us to respond before proceeding. We discovered partway throught the project that when we did a "mock-up" of the way we wanted something done, this saved a lot of time and many emails back and forth. This is something we will do more of in the future. Many of the features ZFort implemented in our project are things that the local companies we tried to work with told us were not possible. More than once, ZFort amazed us by finding a way to do things that we didn't think could be done. Their work has inspired us to expand on some of the simpler ideas we had for some of the website features and make them more complex. Because of their abilites exceeded our expectations, we chose to implement some of their ideas and postpone some of our ideas. We have a long list of "impossible" things we would like to incorporate into our website and will be looking to ZFort in the future as being up to the challange. Because this is our second project with Zfort, we already knew they would do a great job. However they exceeded our expectations for the scheduled completion time even with some last minute additions.
