The main purpose of the system is to provide modern and advanced tools for people who want to sell or lease their property and for people who want to buy it.

Separate administration areas are provided for three types of the site users:
- property owners
- franchisees
- customers
- advertisers

An extended set of tools is available for the property sellers - from a simple ad to the generation of the brochure site with a unique URL, that can be listed on the Road signs and newspaper ads.

Franchisees can control the property sales on behalf of the property owners registered in their regions, have the opportunity to post additional information about the services they provide, and receive orders from the site.

Registered customers receive newsletters and notifications when a new property matching their wish-list is posted on the site, they can post their ads and add to their wish-list the property they like.

Advertisers can post ads and articles about the services related to selling property - lawn trimming, redecoration, etc., add their banners to the site, etc. The banners and advertising articles are displayed according to the territories they serve, and they are visible in the admin areas of customers and sellers registered in the corresponding areas.

Unregistered visitors have access to the public area of the site, can search for property by the region, prices and other criteria.

Site administrator controls all the events, users and payments on the site.
